Curriculum Consulting

Jayne works with traditional and nature-based preschool programs to enhance their curriculum. Curriculum guidance offered keeps state licensing, nature connections, literacy support, arts integration, and early childhood development at the forefront of each goal and objective and coincides with each program’s strategic plan.

What? You don’t have a strategic plan?

Not to worry. Jayne will offer support and guidance to you as you work toward creating the dynamic program of learning you always dreamed of having. Standards change. Benchmarks move. Expectations vary from year to year. Program requirements come and go but child development remains the same!

Jayne recognizes there are many ways to develop skills in an interesting, engaging way during every season of the year. Children need hands on experiences to make strong connections that will last.

She encourages administrators and educators to consider using nature and children’s literature to drive their curriculum. Nature and its seasonal changes offer a ready-made classroom for exploration and learning… in all weather… every day. .. for all ages….for free!

Whether you are a new program trying to get your feet off the ground or have been working with children for many years and are looking for a change, contact Jayne for guidance. She is there to help and that help will come at a pace and schedule you can handle.

The families who have chosen you to educate their children while under your care and the staff who look to you for ideas and guidance will appreciate that you did!

“Interacting with the natural environment stimulates imagination and fosters a sense of belonging.”
